Q:1. If shortlisted, what will be my next step?

A:1. Once shortlisted, you will have to book your PI slot online and upload the necessary documents.

Q:2 What are the dates for slot booking?

A:2. Slot Booking will be open till August 16, 2020. 

Q:3. Where will I upload the documents?

A:3. A link will be shared by SCMS NOIDA team on your registered email id.The dates for uploading the documents will be mentioned in the email. 

Q:4. What are the documents to be uploaded?

A:4. The documents that must be uploaded in PDF FORMAT ONLY on the link shared include:

  • Recent passport size photograph (Image format - .jpg/.png)
    1. SET Score card
  • Class 10 - Mark Sheet
  • Photo Identity Proof (Eg. Passport / PAN card / Aadhar Card / Driving License)
  • Caste Certificate for SC/ST Candidates (if applicable)
  • Government approved Differently Abled proof (if applicable)

Q:5. What will be the last date to upload the documents?

A:5 The link will be active till August 16, 2020. The documents may be uploaded anytime till August 16, 2020. 

Note: Uploading the documents for verification is mandatory and if you do not upload the documents, YOU WILL NOT BE ELIGIBLE for PI PROCESS.

Q:6. When will we receive PIWAT Call Letters?

A:6. PIWAT Call Letters will be generated on August 18, 2020. You can download the same using your SET login ID. 

Q:7. How is the PIWAT being conducted?

A:7. The entire PIWAT process will be conducted online.

Q:8. How will I appear for the PIWAT?

A:8. PIWAT will be conducted online on the date you have booked your slot. You should report online before 7:30am for the process. You will receive a Reporting Form on your registered email containing a link for the meeting.

Q:9. How will my WAT be evaluated?

A:9. You have already appeared for WAT during SET-B and the same shall be evaluated for PIWAT.

Q:10 What is the infrastructure requirement for Online PIWAT?

A:10. (i) Must Have’s

  1. A camera and audio enabled Laptop/ Desktop
  2. A steady internet connection

(ii) Setting up the right environment

  1. Sit in a quiet place.
  2. Your room should be well lit. You should be clearly visible.
  3. Make sure that you position yourself well in front of the camera.
  4. To concentrate well and avoid distraction, no one else should be there with you during the PI.

(iii) What should be avoided

  1. Avoid the usage of additional devices.
  2. Avoid taking breaks during the PI.
