SYMAROH, the annual cultural fest of SCMS NOIDA was a two-day delight! Celebrated on 18th and 19th of January this year, the fest hosted 62 colleges from across Delhi-NCR. More than 600 students took part in a total of 28 events that were held during this time. The events offered a platform to a plethora of talents including music, dance, fine arts, fashion, gaming, dramatics as well as business acumen. They were judged by renowned personalities like Dr. Kalpana Bhushan, Dr. S.G. Ranjan, Mr. Afaque Mohammad, Mr. Mohit Chhikara who are all experts in their respective fields. Fashion, music, and dance events were the main attractions with more than 300 students competing to be the best and win exciting cash prizes, worth in all over Rs. 3,32,500. While Maitri College took home the prize for their spectacular performance in Fashion Show, Spardha won the group dance, Maharaja Agrasen college aced in dramatics and the list goes on! All 28 events together were a sensational affair, filled with youthful cheer and the diverse colors of Urbane India. The celebrations were further lit up by an amazing lineup of celebrity performances. Stand-up comedian Kautuk Srivastava spread smiles and laughter with his impeccable comic timing on 18th January and on 19th, the whole campus resounded the melodies of Aawaaz Band. Sounds of revelry issued into the night as DJ Pasha Doll closed two days of non-stop fun with her electrifying music.
