About EPGDM

Executive PGDBM is a post graduate management programme exclusively for working professionals who wish to upgrade their managerial skills in their field of work or industry to be able to adapt to the rapidly changing environment and job market. There is not much difference in the course content of the regular program and EPGDBM. However, they both are designed for different people with different needs. The benefit of pursuing EPGDBM is that the employer company often provides financial assistance by sponsoring their employee for the program as per their policy.

Over the years, EPGDBM has gained a popularity across the globe. Now, more graduates prefer to work for a few years and pursue EPGDBM, as it gives them a competitive edge. Previous work experience adds to their professional profile. The average salary offered after completion of EPGDBM also increases.

Programme Design

The program highlights management and leadership thoughts and structures in the new age economy platforms enabling strategic intent and implementation. The courses along with the specializations offered enable the future managers a commanding knowledge and skill set to excel in a highly competitive and progressive economy. The program is divided into 4 Semesters: Each Semester requires 20 days (8 hours per day) of class room teaching where in 75% attendance (15 days) is mandatory to be eligible for exams. Classes would be scheduled with flexible timings for working executives who find it difficult to take long leaves at a stretch.


Pedagogy

The learning and pedagogy experience in EPGDM majorly comprises of real time learning through simulations, case studies, role plays, desertions and debates and discussions on contemporary issues.
