HR-Conclave

The HR-Conclave presented by the Human Resources Department in collaboration with the quality improvement cell was scheduled on 25th November 2022. The topic for the event was “HR metamorphosis- New Game, New Rules”. Students from all three batches as well as from outside actively took part in the event. There were total 5 speakers. The primary motive was to provide a platform to the students where they can listen to the experts who share their insights and knowledge in the HR domain in the light of evolving business paradigms, the importance of gig economies, and its impact on your future

The event was anchored by core members of the Human Resources Club of SCMS Noida. The event began with a warm welcome to the director of SCMS NOIDA, Dr. Nidhi Phutela, and all the students and faculty members who were present at the event by S. Venu, Raghav Chawla, and Shivangi Anand. This was followed by a few words from the faculty in charge Dr. Vartika Kapoor. The event continued with an insightful and inspiring speech by the director Dr. Nidhi Phutela. The guest speakers were introduced by Shivangi Anand and felicitated by the director ma’am.

Post felicitation the deputy head of the human resource club, Anagha Prabhu welcomed everyone to the event and gave a gist of what the conclave is about.

The conclave began with Mr. Amulya Sah’s interesting and insightful take on the topic. He provided the students with in-depth knowledge on the topic of gig economies as well as what it has in store for us as future business leaders. The panel discussion began after a warm welcome of the guest speakers on the stage by the deputy head, Anagha Prabhu. The HR-Conclave had a one-panel discussion where they had 4 speakers in the panel along with the moderator.

The Panel Discussion consisted of Mr. Amulya Sah, Mr. Deepak Dobriyal, Ms. Shipra, and Ms. Timsy Kohli. Ms. Neena Bhattacharjee graced the event as the moderator for this panel.

The HR E-Conclave ended with the Vote of Thanks by the Head of the Human Resource Club, Arshia Jain. The motivation, energy, and among all the students were beyond just eccentric! All in all, it was a very well-executed and fruitful event that made an enduring impression on everyone who attended.
