What made the session so enriching was how interactive it was. Students posed thoughtful questions about issues like bias in AI-based decision-making, data privacy, and evolving dynamics of hybrid workplaces. The experts replied with practical examples, connecting the dots between classroom learning and practice. It was a dialogue that made everyone ponder more deeply about the human aspect of technology.

Following the panel discussion, the atmosphere then became more competitive and innovative in the form of the, ‘CROSSROARDS: The Convergence Challenge 2025,’ One of the most anticipated parts of the conclave was this case competition. The challenge pooled participants across specializations: Human Resources, Marketing, Finance, Business Analytics, and International Business for cross-functional learning experience. The competition progressed in two rounds. In the initial round, more than 20+ teams with 100+ students put forward executive summaries for concept-based HR problem statements in relation to AI and ethics. The analytical skills, innovation, and ethical considerations of students were tested by internal judges. Top five teams reached the grand finale, where they placed their detailed solutions in front of a panel of industry experts. The last round was an ideal mix of intelligence and creativity. Teams presented AI-enabled HR solutions like bias-free performance reporting, AI-enabled recruitment dashboards, and data-driven workforce management plans. The judges liked how the participants combined theoretical models with operational, ethical, and technological perspectives. The challenge did not just examine their bookish knowledge but also made them improve their problem-solving, collaborative, and presentation skills skills that are required to be future business leaders.
