SYMCHARCHA 2026: An Ode to Ideas & Expression marked the successful culmination of the 12th edition of the flagship English debating festival organised by SYMVAAD, the debating vertical of the Literary Club at Symbiosis Centre for Management Studies, NOIDA. Held on 5th and 6th February 2026, the two-day event brought together some of the finest debating talent from across the Delhi–NCR region, reaffirming the enduring power of reasoned dialogue and intellectual exchange.

With a prize pool of ₹1 lakh, SYMCHARCHA 2026 unfolded through multiple preliminary rounds, followed by intense quarterfinals, semifinals, and a gripping final showdown. The debates traversed complex themes spanning education, policy, narratives, and social structures, challenging participants to demonstrate clarity of thought, strategic reasoning, and rhetorical finesse. Guided by experienced adjudicators and anchored in principles of equity and fairness, the tournament ensured a competitive yet inclusive environment.

Beyond the debates, SYMCHARCHA stood as a celebration of collaboration, discipline, and expressive freedom. The event concluded with a closing ceremony recognising the efforts of the Organising Committee and reaffirming SCMS NOIDA’s commitment to fostering critical thinking, articulate expression, and meaningful discourse among future leaders.

SYMUNC

SYMUNC is the annual Model United Nations conference organised by MUNSOC, the MUN Society of the Literary Club at Symbiosis Centre for Management Studies, NOIDA. The conference offers a structured platform for students to participate in simulated United Nations proceedings, encouraging informed debate on global issues and the development of diplomatic and policy-oriented thinking. Over the years, SYMUNC has grown into a recognised academic forum that promotes international awareness, cross-cultural dialogue, and critical engagement with real-world challenges.

Symperia

Symperia is the annual sports fest of SCMS NOIDA, designed to celebrate athletic excellence, teamwork, and competitive spirit among students. The event brings together participants across institutions to compete in a wide range of sporting disciplines, fostering resilience, strategic thinking, and sportsmanship. Each edition of Symperia aims to create a high-energy sporting environment that engages both players and spectators while promoting fitness, discipline, and a culture of healthy competition.

Symudhyam

Symudhyam is the annual entrepreneurship and innovation festival organised by the Institution’s Innovation Council at SCMS NOIDA. The event is designed to nurture entrepreneurial thinking and encourage cross-disciplinary collaboration by providing students with mentorship, industry interaction, and practical exposure to real-world business scenarios. Through panel discussions, strategy-based competitions, simulations, and startup workshops, Symudhyam creates an engaging platform for aspiring entrepreneurs to develop ideas, refine skills, and gain insights from experienced professionals.

Bizcon

BIZCON is the flagship inter-club business conclave of SCMS NOIDA, bringing together the five academic clubs – Marketing, Finance, Human Resources, International Business, and Business Analytics. The conclave is designed to strengthen practical business skills by engaging students in case-based challenges, strategy simulations, and problem-solving activities that mirror real-world decision-making. Through hands-on participation, BIZCON enables students to apply theoretical knowledge, develop leadership capabilities, and gain industry-relevant insights beyond the classroom.

Sympact

Sympact 2026 is the first flagship event of the sustainability cell- a stage where young minds tackle real-world challenges linked through SDG-aligned innovation while stepping up for social responsibility under one platform. It is an inter-institute arena of ideas, a movement that encourages students to think beyond academics and contribute towards meaningful change through impactful discussions, solutions and actions.

What makes Sympact truly unique is that it consists of 8 thoughtfully curated events, each aligned with specific Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs). Every event focuses on a larger global challenge- whether it is responsible consumption, climate action or debates to encourage participants to think critically and creatively. It challenges students to not only compete but also contribute ideas that can create meaningful change.
